From what I understand, Disney is much more protective of their stuff, so that could be a downside for fans who want to play with the world a bit.

I’m not sure what to think about Disney’s Star Wars. It could be really neat. And, as you said in your post, I’m looking forward to, again, something completely new with the franchise.
